He has developed and championed complex acquisition strategies for major properties for government and private sector landlords and developers, and led cross functional teams to complete complicated market analyses.
Andy is a connector with a vast network of professional contacts. A skilled negotiator and accomplished project manager, Andy closes deals using a mixture of innovation, intuition and formidable product knowledge.
Drawing on senior executive experience with public sector requirements and private sector real estate operations, Andy has comprehensive knowledge of, and experience with, alternative acquisition contracts. He is highly skilled in the drafting of lease agreements that result in successful long term landlord/tenant relationships.
